1. What we collect
When you register for UK Path Invoice Handler, we collect your name, business name, email address and password. When you use the service, we store the client and invoice details you enter, including client names, email addresses and payment amounts, so we can generate reminder emails on your behalf.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to operate your account, send the reminder emails you configure, generate your dashboard and chase history, and enforce the limits of your subscription plan. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Emails sent on your behalf
Reminder emails are sent to the client email addresses you provide, using the subject and body you configure (or our default templates). You are responsible for ensuring you have a legitimate basis to contact these recipients.
4. Data storage & security
Your data is stored securely and passwords are never stored in plain text. Access to your account data is restricted so that only you (and, where necessary, UK Path Invoice Handler administrators) can view it.
5. Data retention
We retain your account and invoice data for as long as your account remains active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.
6. Your rights

7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice within the app.
