UK Path Invoice Handler helps you organise, schedule and send payment reminder emails, and keeps a record of your chase history. It cannot guarantee that any client or customer will pay an invoice, and we make no representation or warranty that using the service will result in payment being received.
2. Not a debt-collection agency
UK Path Invoice Handler is not a debt-collection agency and does not undertake debt-collection activity. We do not contact your clients on your behalf outside of the reminder emails you configure, and we do not pursue, negotiate or enforce payment of any debt.
3. Not legal, tax or financial advice
Nothing on this website or within UK Path Invoice Handler constitutes legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Reminder templates and guidance are provided as general information only. If you need advice on late payment law, debt recovery or your tax position, please consult a qualified solicitor, accountant or licensed adviser.
4. No affiliation with government or regulatory bodies
UK Path Invoice Handler is an independent software product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC), Companies House, the UK Government, the Financial Conduct Authority, or any other government department or financial regulator.
5. Third-party payment links
UK Path Invoice Handler allows you to attach a payment link (for example Stripe, PayPal, Revolut, Wise, or your own bank transfer page) to an invoice for inclusion in reminder emails. We do not process payments, hold funds, or control the availability, security or terms of any third-party payment provider.
6. Your responsibility
You remain responsible for the accuracy of the invoices, client details and reminder content you create, for complying with applicable consumer, data protection and unsolicited-communications law, and for deciding what further action (if any) to take on an unpaid invoice.
